In this role, you’ll:Manage the employee lifecycle – from advertising and screening candidates to onboarding new hires.Keep operations running smoothly by maintaining records, updating databases, and ensuring payroll accuracy.Support and advise leaders on recruitment, performance, training, wellbeing initiatives, and workplace relations.Be a trusted point of contact for employees, providing guidance on policies, leave, and employment terms.Maintain high standards of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism when working with employee information.Stay up to date with HR best practices and contribute to continuous improvement across the business.About YouWe’re looking for someone who’s not just qualified, but passionate about people. What You’ll Be Doing
